This year I Trained with Sally from  Sally’s Place Learning Centre to obtain 2 Certificates and I want to convey my thanks to Sally Poole for providing an enjoyable learning environment to work in 

 Sally demonstrated her ability to quickly impart her knowledge to enable me to learn and practice issues specific to the course principals I was engaged in learning in an easy to understand manner. 

 Sally is able to communicate sensitively and effectively with people from various cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.  Sally’s client group have had limited access to education and I witnessed Sally providing successful employment outcomes.

. Sally’s written and interpersonal communication skills are of a very high standard.  I have personally witnessed her ability to present in a pleasant manner to attain successful outcomes in several courses that Sally undertook my training for.

In my opinion Sally is reliable, hardworking and honest. She has demonstrated her passion and tenacity in her training role by obtaining numerous tangible training outcomes which included my training. I now regard Sally as a valuable colleague and have no hesitation in recommending her to future learners.

I can highly recommend Sally Poole of Sally’s place. Sally is an industry expert with regards to the VET Industry. She has expert knowledge regarding anything to do with registered training organisations and training packages.

 I had been undertaking a Certificate IV in Training and Assessing with another RTO, and after a lot of frustration with the training material, I decided to cancel that course to do the same course with Sally as a colleague had recommended her to me.

Sally has a professional yet nurturing style when delivering training. She is committed to ensuring that the student gains a thorough understanding of the material, and she offers a personalised, contextualised approach which I found very effective.

Sally is well known locally in the training industry and has an excellent reputation. She is well known to a number of my contacts who hold her in high esteem. I would definitely recommend that you undertake your training with Sally. She will guide you through the material and nothing is too much trouble for her. As she is such a professional, she makes the material appear easily understandable and user friendly. I intend to work with Sally into the future and would certainly consider purchasing one of her training packages to use with the cohort that I work with (young people with lower levels of literacy).
